DTG-A2 Printer is an industrial-grade direct-to-garment digital printer designed for personalized clothing customization. It has two printing modes, DTG and DTF, to meet various needs.

Using the latest piezoelectric nozzle technology and environmentally friendly water-based ink, it can meet the needs of small to medium-large batch orders. It is suitable for a variety of fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

The printing accuracy is up to 720×2400 dpi. It is an efficient productivity tool for clothing brands, customization studios, and e-commerce sellers.

Operation process
1. Pretreatment: spray pretreatment liquid (required for dark clothes) → drying (60 seconds).
2. Positioning on the machine: lay the clothes flat on the printing platform and fix them by adsorption.
3. Import design: adjust color parameters through RIP software and send printing instructions.
4. Printing and curing: automatically complete color + white ink printing → 130℃℃ hot air curing (90 seconds).
5. Finished product removal: dry immediately after printing, can be directly packaged and shipped.
